ANTHONY MICHAEL COVELL. Born July 17, 1945 in Hindhead, Surrey, England, son of Stanley Kenneth Covell and Barbara Felicity Harris Covell. Attended Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, England, and Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, Diploma, Sept., 1964 to July, 1965. Entered Yale Sept., 1966. Member of the Class of 1970 from Sept., 1966 to Sept., 1967. Intensive Drama major; Ranking Scholar, 1966-67. Resident (non-resident member, 1968-69): Davenport (Dramat, 1966-69, Director, 1968-69). Wolf’s Head; Yale Dramatic Association, 1966-69, Vice-President, 1968; Yale Symphony Orchestra, 1966-67. Married Natalie Anne Thompson-Alien (Goucher College, Class of ’67, B.A. Degree) at New Haven, Connecticut, December 20, 1968. Future study: Directing.
