DAVID HARROVER JOHNSON (Dave). Born October 6, 1946 in Rochester, New York, son of David O. Johnson and Elizabeth Harrover Johnson. Attended The Lawrenceville School, Lawrenceville, New Jersey, and Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England. Entered Yale Sept., 1965.
