DEAN GARDNER HUFFMAN. Born February 16, 1947 in Columbus, Ohio, son of Dean DeWitt Huffman and Grace Gardner Huffman. Attended North High School, Columbus, Ohio. Entered Yale Sept., 1965. Intensive Mathematics major; Benjamin F. Barge Prize in Mathematics, 1966, 1967; Anthony D. Stanley Memorial Prize in Mathematics, 1968; Dean’s List, 1965-66, 1966-67; Ranking Scholar, 1966-67.
