FRANK ARNOLD DOBBS. Born August 28, 1946 in New York, New York, son of Zygmund Dobbs and Sophie Judy Buchman Dobbs. Attended Horace Mann School, New York, New York. Entered Yale Sept., 1964. Attended Universite de Grenoble, Certificat d’Etudes Francaises, fall 1964; Universite de Paris (Sorbonne), Certificat, Spring 1965; and Bard College, Feb., 1966 to Dec., 1966.
