FRANK CHARLES SHORTER. Born October 31, 1947 in Munich, Germany, son of Dr. Samuel Sanford Shorter and Katherine Chap-pelle Shorter. Attended Veraldi Junior High School, Middletown, New York, and Mount Hermon School, Mount Hermon, Massachusetts. Entered Yale Sept., 1965. Psychology major; Dean’s List, 1966-67; G. A.
