JAMES MALCOLM HALLETT (Jim). Born September 10, 1947 in San Francisco, California, son of Harold Ernest Hallett and Helen Elizabeth Henson Hallett. Attended Redwood High School, Larkspur, California, and Thacher School, Ojai, California. Entered Yale Sept., 1965.
