MICHAEL JOHN PRATHER. Born August 31, 1947 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, son of Thomas Jefferson Prather, Jr. and Gertrude Ferrero Prather. Attended Okemos High School, Okemos, Michigan, and Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School, Bethesda, Maryland. Entered Yale Sept., 1965. Mathematics major.
