ROBERT LAWRENCE GIBNEY, JR. (Bob). Born March 9, 1947 in Meriden, Connecticut, son of Robert Lawrence Gibney and Mary Elizabeth Ragan Gibney. Attended Francis T. Maloney High School, Meriden, Connecticut. Entered Yale Sept., 1965. Attended University of Hamburg, Germany, Sept., 1967 to June, 1968. Administrative Science major; Ranking Scholar, 1965-66, 1966-67 (fall term); Meriden-Wallingford Yale Alumni Association scholarship, 1965-69.
