ROBERT CONLY WHEELER (Bob). Born June 16, 1947 in Laredo, Texas, son of John Parsons Wheeler, Jr. and Janet Conly Wheeler. Attended Hampton High School, Hampton, Virginia, and Landon School, Bethesda, Maryland. Entered Yale Sept., 1965. Sociology major; Dean’s List, 1965-66; Ranking Scholar, 1965-66 (fall term); L.
