ELKUS, JONATHAN H., Age 55; died on Dec. 7, 2003 in Geneva, Switzerland. A graduate of St. Paul School, Yale University and Harvard Business School; He is survived by his twin sister Peggy of Pittsburgh and his brother Christopher of Ligonier, PA and NY and nephew James of Spain.
