Save The Dates: Medved and Markovits Class Colloquia
The Class Council has been very active lining up great speakers for our Class Colloquia series for the remainder of 2019.
I’m happy to report that we have two more confirmed speakers for this Autumn — our very own Michael Medved who will give his unique view of the Trump presidency and the upcoming election, and our first faculty participant, Professor Daniel Markovits, who has a very provocative book out on how “Meritocracy” has undercut key elements of American society.
Details on the programs will be forthcoming shortly, but I hope you’ll SAVE THE DATES! Better yet, go ahead and register for the talks now. (You can always demur later if you want.)
Michael Meved will discuss the current political situation, the Trump Presidency, and the upcoming election from an independent conservative point of view.
DATE: Weds., September 2, 2020
TIME: 7:30 PM. EDT
Register NOW for the Zoom session; you will get instructions on how to join by email after registration.
Daniel Markovits will discuss his new book about how the meritocratic approach introduced for and by our generaton has created unanticipated societal challenges.
