The mailbag has gotten thin, and is now empty. I would especially like to get a word or two from classmates who have not appeared in this column in recent years. Inquiring minds want to know!

News from Dues: Brian Ibsen “has retired from the Aga Khan University, but I remain active in fund-raising for Africa and for historic preservation in Chicago. Clementine has been very active at Second City, so we are seeing a lot of improv and also enjoying the Chicago blues scene.”

Martin Cohen “retired in July 2015 after more than 25 years of nonprofit management, seven years in government, 20 years teaching, eight years in arts management—no wonder I feel tired some days!—and working full-time again as writer/poet/dad/husband. My older daughter, Ariel, is teaching fifth grade in Oakland; my younger daughter, Paola, is in fourth grade here on Long Island. Recently celebrated tenth anniversary with my wife, Rabbi Randy Sheinberg ’81 (TD), ’87MPPM.”

“Youth, full of grace, force, fascination. Do you know that Old Age may come after you with equal grace, force, fascination?”—Walt Whitman.
